Thinkboradband.com logoIndependent UK broadband advice site, thinkbroadband.com, have published their round-up of customer service ratings of UK broadband providers. This round-up includes a number of other customer satisfaction surveys, as well as their own monthly ratings. Online comparison site uswitch.com also reports that 19 million calls are made each year to broadband technical support lines, with an average cost of £1.79 per call. These support line costs are often overlooked when comparing broadband monthly charges, but can be significant especially if there is a problem with your connection.
