Consumer Broadband Survey Results March 27, 2007

As mentioned previously, the BBC Watchdog programme recently invited viewers to rate their household broadband provider.
50,000 people rated their broadband provider on customer service, ease of set-up, cancellation, value for money, and reliability of service and the results of that survey are now available here:

Whilst the first two tables are slightly misleading (companies with more customers are more likely to receive more votes – good or bad), tables 3 and 4 show the proportion of unsatisfied or satisfied votes as a percentage of the total number of people who responded about that company.
As the BBC says itself though “The results aren’t presented as a scientific statistical survey, but a unique snapshot of the personal opinions of the 50,000 viewers who chose to take part.”
