A Guardian journalist recently visited a local telephone exchange, to find out first-hand why it can take weeks, and sometimes months, for your broadband line to be connected or transferred. Turns out it’s usually something to do with combining old and new technology..

Ive been in a big exchange (Captial) to install some internet stuff for BT and its quite erie wierd clickimg and buzing.
